The experience of BatiPlus and the confidence put by ORBIS Group into our engineers were the foundation for commissioning to us the supervision of the modernization of the four star hotel Novotel Centrum in Poznań.

The BatiPlus inspectors have begun supervising the second stage of the Novotel Centrum hotel in Szczecin.

On Thursday 20 October, a grand opening of the Mercure Krakow Old Town took place in Cracow. The company BatiPlus provided supervision services during the construction process.

On July 12, 2016, a grand opening of new DIY Castorama store in Radom took place. This is the first store of this chain in Radom.

The realization of a new Eurocash Group logistics center has begun in Płońsk. BatiPlus team supervises the quality of construction and detailed design documentation as well as the quality of construction works in order to ensure the proper standard of the facility.

The construction of an office building in central Cracow is nearing its end. Since the beginning of its construction, BatiPlus controllers provide site supervision of Class A offices located near the Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto, Pawia Street in Cracow.

BATIPLUS was chosen to supervise the modernization started / starting in JJun of the Auchan hypermarket at Rondo Commercial Centre in Bydgoszcz, 1 Kruszwicka Street.

In the first quarter of the current year a new Winestone restaurant has been opened in the Mercure Poznań Centrum hotel. The multidisciplinary investor’s supervision during the modernization works was carried out by the engineers of BatiPlus.

Mennica Polska S.A. became another reputable Investor who started cooperation with BatiPlus on the realization of Mennica Residence residential and service project in Warsaw.

In Warsaw, in the district of Praga Południe, BatiPlus engineers have executed site supervision works related to the extension of the street Miedzyborska at the section located from Cardinal A. Kakowski Street to the Jan Nowak-Jeziorański Street.

The engineers from BatiPlus have started supervisor site works related to the 1st stage of the investment SKYLIFE.

BatiPlus is launching a process of Technical Control of the construction of SERENADA Shopping Center located in Kraków, Al. Gen. Tadeusza Bora Komorowskiego.

NEXITY continues the cooperation with BatiPlus during the next stage of the residential project “MY Bemowo” at 79 Batalionów Chłopskich Street in Warsaw.
