Thanks to the involvement of the entire BatiPlus engineering team, the opening date of the Decathlon store at the Manufaktura shopping center in Łódź has been respected.
From the beginning of December, customers can already buy Christmas gifts in the new Decathlon store that offers sports and tourist clothing and equipment.

Decathlon store in Zielona Góra is another store of the Decathlon network under the supervision of BatiPlus.
Customers can already make this year’s Christmas shopping at this site located at Al. Wojska Polskiego 19 in Zielona Góra, offering clothing, sports and tourist equipment.

BatiPlus Company has got the orders to provide technical advisory services on pre-investment stage for selected locations intended for program called Mieszkanie Plus”.

BatiPlus Company received an order from Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o. o. to fulfil the function of Investor Representative for another residential investment in Warsaw.

Upon direct order of the Investor, Nexity Polska Company, we have started investor’s project supervision over realization of another big residential project in Warsaw, located in Ursus district.

A new breakfast room with an adjacent conference room have been opened in Mercure Poznań Centrum just after recent modernization. Within the scope of cooperation with Orbis SA, BatiPlus engineers executed supervisory works covering all construction segments related to reconstruction and modernization of this part of the hotel.

The 2nd stage of residential project Mennica Residence has just started. The investment is located in the very center of Warsaw, between Grzybowska, Waliców, Pereca and Żelazna streets. Investor – Mennica Polska also this time has selected BatiPlus to perform investment supervision works at the site.

BatiPlus has been supervising preparation works to launch the next Decathlon store in Lodz, which will be located in the shopping, entertainment and services center MANUFAKTURA.

BatiPlus was selected as a Project Supervisor for the investment referring to the construction of a nursery school to be located in the district of Wola in Warsaw.

BatiPlus completed its works referring to supervision of water tanks modernization at the aquaculture of Global Fish located in Bońki nearby Płońsk.

BatiPlus engineers started working on the construction of a new logistics center located in Niepołomice for the Group Eurocash.

The planned construction of another Orbis Hotel in Warsaw will be subject to technical control to be executed by BatiPlus engineers.

The construction of Castorama market in Chełm has recently begun. Taking into consideration the whole experience gained during the cooperation between BatiPlus and Castorama referring to the construction of the commercial facilities located in Cieszyn and Radom, BatiPlus was selected to execute this responsible mission of investment management.

Decathlon has commissioned BatiPlus to perform the technical supervision, the construction management and the investor’s supervision during the construction of Decathlon sports shop in Lublin.

BatiPlus has secured another commission from the Goodman Group to supervise the construction of the storage objects of the area of over 27.000 m2 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, along with the office premises, the external technical infrastructure as well as the communication infrastructure with the entry road to the investment.

BatiPlus has been commissioned by the Goodman Group to perform the supervision over the construction of the production and storage hall in Skawina.

With the participation of the BatiPlus engineers, the construction of the Ficomirrors automotive industrial hall has been completed in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
