Decathlon sport store network started to perform complex modernisation of lighting systems in their facilities on the area of Poland. BatiPlus is a partner supporting Decathlon in this project.

Construction of warehouse facility is being conducted in Dolnośląskie Logistic Centre in Mirkow under supervision of the engineers from BatiPlus Company, for well known manufacturer of household goods and appliances – Elektrolux.

BatiPlus fulfils a function of Project Management Company for the second stage of residential investment called Atelier Praga 2 in Warsaw for the developer – Bouygues Immobilier Polska.

On 13th of September 2019, Investor organized a ceremony of signing of the foundation act and laying the foundation stone for the construction of residential complex called Horyzont Praga in Warsaw, where BatiPlus Company performs the functions of extended, interdisciplinary investor’s supervision.

BatiPlus engineers supervising the project strictly demanded the outstanding quality of construction works due to the high food storage requirements.

Yareal Polska has commissioned BatiPlus to pilot the residential project Vice Versa located in the new heart of Warsaw – the dynamically developing part of Wola district.

Under the supervision of BatiPlus, the construction of the intersection of Będzińska street (national road No. 94) with the newly designed roads of the Czeladź Commune and the exit to the investment of the Logistics Center in Czeladź has been completed.

Under the supervision of BatiPlus engineers, the first construction stage of warehouse halls at the Logistics Center in Czeladź has been completed.

BatiPlus performs multi-branch project supervision for works related to the second stage of the construction of the Bronowice Shopping Center in Krakow.

At the request of the investor Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o., BatiPlus fulfills the function of the project manager at a new residential project in Wrocław.

BatiPlus inspectors have completed investor’s supervision of works related to the modernization of the lobby at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum hotel in Warsaw at Krucza street.

Engineers from BatiPlus provide Project Management services including multidisciplinary investor’s supervision for the industrial project realized in Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE).

Despite the winter period, under the supervision of BatiPlus engineers intensive construction work is underway for a distribution and logistics center located next to LSSE – Legnicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna.

BatiPlus’ engineers have just started supervision of works related to the next stage of modernization of the hotel Mercure Poznań Centrum. Current works include generale renovation of the halls and rooms located on 4th and 5th floors.
