BatiPlus Company has got the orders to provide technical advisory services on pre-investment stage for selected locations intended for program called Mieszkanie Plus”.
“Mieszkanie Plus” is a new government program, main objective of which is to increase the number of inexpensive flats for rent with option to come to the ownership. It is planned to construct three million of such flats within the nearest ten years, all over the country, taking into consideration both bigger cities and smaller towns. Parts of residential projects have already been under construction and they include the locations in: Wałbrzych, Gdynia, Jarocin, Pruszków and Biała Podlaska.
Jarocin is the first town, in which the first flats will be completed and delivered for use based upon “Mieszkanie Plus” program. It is planned to make them available already in the spring 2018.
There are a lot of investments under preparation as well, located amongst the others in such cities as: Sochaczew, Pelplin, Warszawa, Wieluń, Wałcz, Koło, Dębica, Kępice, Tychy, Katowice, Skawina, Nysa, Kraków, Toruń, Kielce, Starogard Gdański.

Recently, letters of intent have also been signed by Opole, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Szczecin and Zgorzelec, contending with high housing arrears.
