BatiPlus cooperates with CTP in the construction of logistic halls in Iłowa and performs the multidisciplinary Investor’s supervision duties on this project.
CTPark Iłowa is located on the international junction of the E36 route (Berlin-Wroclaw), only 40 km from the Polish-German border. The Iłowa Special Economic Zone surrounding the hall is part of the larger Legnica Special Economic Zone.
