We have completed the investor’s supervision over the construction of the second stage of GLP Park Lędziny II. It is one of the most modern logistics halls in Poland, which occupies an area of 38 000 m2 and is located at the S1 interchange, 10 minutes from the A4 motorway. This project is one of the most important investments of our Client GLP in the Silesian Voivodeship.
The construction of the hall brings many benefits to the local community, it is estimated that during the second stage of construction up to 2 500 new jobs were created. In addition, GLP Lędziny II has a BREEAM certificate at the very good level. In addition, 100% of the electricity used in the project comes from renewable sources. Also, an earth counterguard is planned, which is planted with greenery, thanks to which the halls are separated from residential buildings.
