Upon direct order of the Investor, Yareal Polska, owned by Yareal International N.V. operating on the European real estate market, BatiPlus started to pilot the realization of another residential project in Warsaw, called “Chrobry Residence”.
“Chrobry Residence” is located in the district of Stare Włochy, in the area of streets Sklepowa, Chrobry and Szczera. This is three-storey building with one-level underground garage, including 84 apartments with the surface from 28 to 101 m². A part of the area on the ground floor will be occupied by service premises.
The “Chrobry Residence” project, including the building, usable space around and the surroundings have been designed to provide the residents with maximum comfort of use. This is the first residential area in the district of Włochy, certified under the BREEAM system.
During realization of this project, scope of services provided by BatiPlus includes not only multi-discipline investor’s supervision, but also professional technical advisory on all stages of the project.
