GLP Company has ordered to us to perform the multidisciplinary Investor’s supervision duties on construction of two warehouse halls in GLP Logistic Centre in Magnice near Wrocław.
The Centre is located directly at the junction of DK8/S8 roads with quick access to express roads S3 and S5 as well as motorways A4 and A8.
The Project in Magnice is realized in accordance with GLP Design Standard. This means, amongst the others, that the buildings will stand out with storage height increased to 12 metres and preparation of the roof for installation of photovoltaic panels.
Furthermore, these warehouse halls will have increased load carrying capacity of the slab floor (7,5 tone/sqm.) and installed Smart Metering system allowing the clients for ongoing monitoring of utility consumption.
