BatiPlus Company has received another order from GLP, this time for multidisciplinary investor’s supervision for construction of hall with area over 35 thousand square meters in Warsaw III Logistics Centre in Kobyłka near Warsaw.
Logistic Centre is located directly at just commissioned and opened new junction of S8 express route (called Kobyłka interchange).
Project in Kobyłka is realized in high standard including, amongst the others, improved thermal insulation of hall’s building as well as access of daylight in docking zone.
Facility will have photovoltaic power system on the roof of building as well as electric vehicle charging station. Furthermore, relaxing zone and outdoor gym on park premises will be located within that area, too.
Building will be realized in accordance with BREEAM certification rating Very Good.
