Decathlon has commissioned BatiPlus to perform the technical supervision, the construction management and the investor’s supervision during the construction of Decathlon sports shop in Lublin.
Key to choosing BatiPlus was not only the fact of holding the accreditation enabling the performance of the technical supervision over the objects for the purposes of obtaining the 10-year insurance (Decanal), but also the trust put in the knowledge, qualifications and experience of the BatiPlus engineer staff.
The investment realized at the intersection of Kraśnicka Avenue and Gęsia Street will be the second Decathlon object in Lublin and will be a part of the Commerce Park in Węglin. According to the current standard, the object will be realized observing the rules of the sustainable development in scope of the BREEAM certification system.
Initially, Decathlon is planning to open the shop at the end of 2017
