We start investor’s supervision duties on realization of residential investment project called MALTA POINT in Poznan.
Because this is the first investment of NEXITY Company in Poznan, the engineers form BatiPlus have been providing their support to Investor already from the stage of design works as well as in the period of preparation of that investment project.
Construction site is located at Brneńska Street in Łacina district. Within close neighbourhood of Brneńska Street, there are recreational areas over Warta river and Maltańskie Lake. Poznania Shopping Mall is within close vicinity, too.
The first stage of Malta Point project is 5-storey building with 98 apartments and an underground garage. The project also includes realization of access driveways, greenery areas, playgrounds and walking footpaths.
