We have started to perform Investor’s supervision duties on another residential investment project in Bydgoszcz. Housing estate called Nowe Wyżyny Apartamenty is located at 8A Bohaterów Kragujewca Street on popular Wyżyny housing development in Bydgoszcz.
Upon the order from JHM Development, engineers from BatiPlus supervise the construction of apartment building, in which there are 119 flats; the building will contain the studio type apartments and two-room units with area from 32 square meters as well as three- and four-room apartments with living space up to 78 square meters. Each flat located on the upper floors shall have the balcony, while the apartments on the ground floor will have backyards. Garage hall shall be located in the basement of the building.
