Chmielna Duo is a premium-class residential project developed by the Belgian company BPI Real Estate, over which we perform a function of investor’s supervision.
The investment is located in Warsaw city center at Chmielna Street.
The project includes the construction of two high-standard buildings with 243 residential units. Each of the apartments will have additional space in the form of a terrace, balcony or garden, and a terrace on the roof available to all residents.
