BatiPlus received an order to continue the investor’s supervision over the extension of another warehouse hall in the GLP Logistics Center in Lędziny in Upper Silesia.
Logistic Centre is located directly at S1 express route, where warehouse-production facilities with area over 110 thousand square meters are being constructed.
Project in Lędziny is realized in accordance with GLP Design Standard. This means, amongst the others, that the buildings stand out with storage height increased to 12 metres and preparation of the roof for installation of photovoltaic panels.
GLP logistic park in Lędziny shall be built in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification on “very good” level.
