Decathlon has commissioned BatiPlus to perform the technical supervision, the construction management and the investor’s supervision during the construction of Decathlon sports shop in Lublin.

Our team will be representing the interests of the Investor and supervise the whole process of the construction of the “La Melodie” multi-family building complex on Targówek, Warsaw.

BatiPlus has secured another commission from the Goodman Group to supervise the construction of the storage objects of the area of over 27.000 m2 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, along with the office premises, the external technical infrastructure as well as the communication infrastructure with the entry road to the investment.

BatiPlus has been commissioned by the Goodman Group to perform the supervision over the construction of the production and storage hall in Skawina.

With the participation of the BatiPlus engineers, the construction of the Ficomirrors automotive industrial hall has been completed in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

On July 12, 2016, a grand opening of new DIY Castorama store in Radom took place. This is the first store of this chain in Radom.

The realization of a new Eurocash Group logistics center has begun in Płońsk. BatiPlus team supervises the quality of construction and detailed design documentation as well as the quality of construction works in order to ensure the proper standard of the facility.
