Engineers from BatiPlus have started the investor’s supervision over the last stage of Life Town investment project at Kłobucka Street in Warsaw.
This stage named Rose includes the apartments with floor space from 27 to 66 square meters. Apartments located on the ground floor will have the backyards, while the apartments on the upper floors – balcony or loggia. Retail and service outlets will be located on the ground floor, while the underground garage – on level -1.
The project also includes realization of the greenery areas, which will become pleasant places for walks and relax, while small scenic lake nicely fitted into architecture of the whole housing development will be special attraction for the residents.
