Construction of warehouse facility is being conducted in Dolnośląskie Logistic Centre in Mirkow under supervision of the engineers from BatiPlus Company, for well known manufacturer of household goods and appliances – Elektrolux.
Total area of that warehouse building, including separated office-social rooms is over 15 thousand m2. Land development is also the part of this investment project, including vehicle circulation areas in dock zones as well as parking places for the trucks and cars with total area of around 20 thousand m2.
Completion of investment project is planned for the end of the first quarter of year 2020. Facility will be subject to multi-criterion ecological certification – BREEAM.
