We have started investment supervision on the construction of a new production and warehouse hall for the GLP Warsaw VI Logistic Centre, which is located in Duchnów (Wiązowna commune, Otwock district). The GLP Logistics Centre can be reached directly from the A2 highway. The logistics centre is to have about 40 000 m2 of warehouse space and will be based on ESG standards, including a wooden roof structure, a circular construction process, a high level of biodiversity and a BREEAM certificate. In addition, the hall will additionally have LED lighting, 12-meter storage height, greater load capacity of the floor, parking spaces, girders and entrance gates.
