High level of services provided by the Engineers from BatiPlus Company resulted in credit of trust granted from Nexity Polska Company, which has ordered to us to perform investor’s supervision duties over their first project in Krakow.
City Vibe housing estate located at 68 Myśliwska Street is a multi-stage residential project with nature of independent town within a town. 10 buildings will be erected as a part of that project, while each of them will have different architecture and individual appearance.
That residential estate will include formation of a park with area of 1,2 hectare. Housing residents will have great recreational facilities, such as small lake and beach as well as outdoor gym, volleyball court and ping-pong tables.
